HEARTBEAT OF THE ANCESTORS: A SACRED DRUM CIRCLE

Together we gather in sacred circle to honor our ancestors, to send healing to ourselves and our lineages, and to offer love to our Mother Earth.

This gathering falls during a sacred turning of the seasons, a time when many traditions and cultures teach that the veil between the worlds grows thin. In these liminal days, the presence of our ancestors and loved ones in Spirit can be felt more closely, and our prayers, songs, and healing offerings flow more easily between realms.

At the center of our sacred circle will be a Community Ancestor Altar. You are invited to bring photos of loved ones in Spirit or a special item that represents you, your ancestors, or those you wish to honor. These offerings will rest upon the altar as we send our love and healing energy through the sacred rhythms of our drums.
